DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of the complete shell build of a 250,000sqft building which included services equipment, fire pump power, house power, temporary lighting & power, power to gas heaters, site lighting and exterior wall packs.
The buildout of this building was complete design build and consisted of installing (2) 3,000A 480V services, feeders and electrical gear in 8 locations throughout the building to serve office area power & lighting, specialty areas, production areas and future clean rooms. Additionally, this buildout included design and installation of a value engineered lighting system, installation of power, floor boxes and specialty devices for customer requirements. Beyond the building, Ace Electrical installed electric vehicle charging stations at pre-determined locations around the building.
In the production area, our team designed and installed specialty chases to support power, air and water from above ceiling to interior of clean rooms. In addition to minimizing the amount of cleaning surfaces inside of the clean rooms, all efforts were made to ensure that electrical and fire department authorities were satisfied that the installation was safe.
Worker safety for electricians and other trades, along with customer personnel was a top priority during the construction of this project.
