DESCRIPTION
The 428 building as it stands today has the bones of the historic Woolworth’s building originally constructed back in 1955. Throughout the construction process the building was preserved as much as possible to commemorate the historic building that once held the space. For Ace Electrical Contractors, this complete design build project consisted of a full electrical system, LED lighting, power system, fire alarm, and generator install. Additionally, a full building automation system was installed.
